The HCYP Raiders, in partnership with the Baseball Factory, recently launched the Raiders Academy. The Raiders Academy offers access to a top-notch training facility that allows our Raider teams to practice in an environment that: 1) tailors to a consistent teaching methodology, 2) provides teams’ access to training equipment throughout the year and 3) gives players and coaches’ access to the latest in baseball techniques and teaching.

Throughout the year several Raiders-only camps and clinics will be offered in our Academy to ensure our players are given the best player development opportunities possible. Additionally, as part of the partnership with the Baseball Factory, each year every Raiders player gets a free video evaluation from the Baseball Factory where a report is provided to coaches and parents comparing player performance to a national benchmark. In using this data, a personalized plan is provided to the player on how to improve their baseball skills to maximize potential!
